I proudly represent age defying inspiring fit women + men, who want to move well! I have 3 grown kids, 4 grandkids and I’m 62, so I walk this talk!
I teach a variety of classes & train clients, with a focus on muscle integration; moving the body as a unit & building foundational strength. Goal setting, habits & life change takes perseverance & time.

In addition to PT & Fitness Specialist, I’m also certified in STOTT PILATES Mat & Injuries & Special Populations. I’ve taught hip hop & choreographed shows.
I wrote a Cdn. best selling children’s book & I paint murals.
